SAFE INSTALLATION OF WATER TANKS -
Important information regarding installation of Slimline Water Tanks.
When your water tank is full of water it will become very heavy E.g. 3000 litre tanks weigh 3 Tonnes when full.
Above ground water tanks, in particular slim lines must be installed on a solid re enforced concrete slab. Your concrete slab needs to be a minimum of 10-15cm (4” to 6”) wider and longer than your tank, slab thickness no less than 10cm (4”) thick.
If you have a plumber install your tank please provide them with this information.
Please note that your warranty will be void unless installed on a level re enforced concrete slab as described.
